Former finance minister, Tun Daim Zainuddin, pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here today to a charge of failing to comply with a notice from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) by not declaring 70 of his assets and one bank account in December last year.

The offence was allegedly committed in the lobby of a hotel in Jalan Sekilau here, at about 6.20pm on Dec 16.
