The collapsed drain incident was reported to have occurred around 10pm on Monday.

Sinkholes, such as those seen in Masjid India and much of Kuala Lumpur (KL), are often caused by natural factors, especially in regions with underlying limestone, a phenomenon observed globally. Bernama photo.
