The Federal Court has fixed three days from Nov 10 to hear the prosecution’s appeal against the acquittal of Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers who were charged with the murder of former Cradle Fund CEO Nazrin Hassan.

The Attorney General (AG) failed in his appeal at the Federal Court here on Wednesday to overturn a decision allowing Datuk Seri Najib Razak to commence judicial review proceedings for an order compelling the government or six other parties to answer and confirm the existence of the Addendum Order.
