Malaysian death-row inmate Pannir Selvam Pranthaman, 38, was executed in Singapore on Wednesday, the republic’s Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) has confirmed.

Pannir Selvam was arrested at Woodlands Checkpoint, Singapore on September 3, 2014 on suspicion of possessing 1,833.2 grammes of heroin.
