The 16 days set by the court for the trial of SRC International Sdn Bhd’s US$1.18 billion suit against Datuk Seri Najib Razak are from Feb 13 to 16, 20 to 23, and March 6 to 9, 13 to 16, next year.

Najib Razak claims the documents are relevant to his defence in trial involving misappropriation of RM2.3 billion funds from 1MDB funds has been rescheduled to May 10.

Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (JSJK) director Datuk Mohd Kamarudin Md Din said the authorities in Singapore had given consent for the police investigation team to head to Singapore in December 2021 and February this year, but the trips could not be made due to several factors.
