Karnival Pendidikan Sinar Bestari: Tremendous support from parents, students on day two

SHAH ALAM – The second day of Pendidikan Karnival Sinar Bestari, here, today, receives tremendous support from parents and kids.
Many of the participants were seen taking part in activities offered throughout the education carnival.
The second-day event kick-started with two levels of Dikir Barat competition consisting of primary and secondary schools.
Later in the afternoon, the participants were stunned by the demonstration from the Prisons Department where they presented their specialised skills in taking control of the inmates.
The demonstration presented was one of the measures taken by the Prisons Department's Control and Prevention unit when dealing with tense situations involving inmates.
Not to forget 'Abang Bomba' from Selangor Fire and Rescue Department had their chance to present and demonstrate how to put out a fire in the kitchen to the audiences at Karnival Pendidikan Sinar Bestari.
However, the whole Karangkraf headquarters had all eyes on participants showcasing their talents in the 'Sinar Bestari Got Talent' competition.
Singing and performing silat were among the performances that received claps and 'wow' from audiences.
Speaking to a parent Mohamad Asyraf, 37, praised Sinar Karangkraf for its effort in providing a platform for children to learn and showcase their talents.
"It was surprising to see little kids with great talents. Good job to the organisers for bringing up such an event and giving a platform to kids to showcase their talents," he said to Sinar Daily.
Tomorros is the final day of Karnival Pendidikan Sinar Bestari which will take place between 9am and 6pm at Karangkraf headquarters in Section 15, here.
