KAJANG - Former community communications department (J-Kom) director-general Datuk Dr Mohammad Agus Yusoff has completed giving his statement to the police over allegations of sexual harassment at the Kajang District Police Headquarters (IPD) here, today.

He was seen leaving in a white Toyota Estima at 1.17pm after spending more than two hours at the IPD.

However, Agus refused to say anything to the media personnel who had been waiting in front of the police headquarters since 11am.

Sitting in the front passenger seat with the car window pulled down, Agus just smiled and waved at the media without saying a word.

His lawyer Zaflee Pakwanteh who was driving the vehicle, later informed that no statement would be made.

"Datuk Agus doesn't want to make any statement," he said briefly while continuing to drive away from the area.

Yesterday, Sinar reported that Agus was expected to give a statement at the Bukit Aman Police Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur at 10am.

However, Zaflee when contacted confirmed that Agus would be at the Kajang IPD at 11am.
