Amanah follows Pas’ footsteps in cooperating with DAP - Mat Sabu

KLANG - Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) is following the footsteps of Pas which cooperated with DAP as the party did before 2013.
Its president Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu sarcastically made this remark when asked about the comments of Pas Mursyidul Am Datuk Hashim Jasin regarding the cooperation between the two parties in the unity government.
"No, we don't want to entertain (the comments) because we want to follow in the footsteps of Pas who have cooperated and praised DAP in 2018 and 2013," he said.
He made these remarks during the press conference at the 2023 Amanah National Convention held at a hotel on Saturday.
Sinar on Friday reported that Amanah vice-president Adly Zahari said that the party was open to accepting Pas in the unity government for the benefit of the people.
However, Hashim put a condition that Amanah should remove DAP if the party was serious about working with it.
