Kuala Lumpur has the potential to rival major regional concert destinations such as Singapore, but stronger coordination across the country’s live entertainment ecosystem is needed to attract more international tours and global artistes, according to Live Nation Malaysia managing director Paramananthan Rajagopal. - 123RF photo

Throughout 2026, Kuala Lumpur is expected to host 25 international music performances across six major venues, attracting an estimated 500,000 concertgoers from Malaysia and across the region.

Dua Lipa's "Radical Optimism" World Tour poster on her X account lists the countries she will be visiting, including Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The concert is set to commence on November 23 at Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil, with presale tickets available starting June 10.
