Toh Puan Na'imah Abdul Khalid, the widow of the late Finance Minister Tun Daim Zainuddin, along with her two children and their lawyers, filed a preliminary lawsuit in the High Court on Friday against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

On Sept 4, 2023, the High Court granted Zahid a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) following the prosecution's request.
