An eight-year old boy believed to be a domestic abuse victim was saved after he was found standing on the ledge of a condominium building in Ampang, today.

The case was initially carried out under Section 326 of the Penal Code but after the victim died it was reclassified to Section 302 of the Penal Code (murder).

On March 12, 2019, Samirah Muzaffar, 47, and the two teenagers, now aged 19 and 16, as well as an Indonesian woman, Eka Wahyu Lestari, who is still at large, were charged with the murder of Nazrin Hassan.
