The investigation into the tragic death of Form One student Zara Qairina Mahathir centres on three key elements, namely bullying, neglect and sexual harassment.

The central bank said it also has imposed an AMP of RM2.85 million on Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd (BKRM) for non-compliance with the Development Financial Institutions Act 2002 (DFIA) and RMiT PD. 

The suit is related to three articles published in Sarawak Report, including one titled "How AG’s Office Connived to Prevent a Second Post-mortem on Kevin Morais - Exclusive Expose".
