A Malaysian mother of an autistic child has urged parents of children with disabilities to apply for Person with Disabilities (PWD) cards.

The brutal assault of a person with disability (PwD) at a farmers’ market in Chukai, Terengganu, has sparked widespread outrage nationwide.
