Sinar Harian has just finished the second edition of the Google News Initiative (GNI) Data and Insights Launchpad (DIL), which was made possible by a collaboration between Google and FT Strategies.

Yesterday, Farm Fresh Bhd announced the proposed acquisition of a 65 per cent stake in The Inside Scoop Sdn Bhd, an ice-cream maker with 37 retail outlets nationwide, via share purchase and subscription for a total of RM83.9 million.

Farm Fresh Bhd has entered into a share purchase agreement with the vendors of The Inside Scoop Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of 462,739 existing ordinary shares in TISSB.

Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz said Malaysia is seriously looking into policies that will support energy sectors to ensure that the EV ecosystem is complete and fully supported, including standards, certification and verification related to charging systems and battery disposal activities. - Photo 123rf
