Amanah passed four motions

KLANG - Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) approved four motions at the 2023 Amanah National Convention held at a hotel here on Sunday.

The motions comprise combating takfiri and defamation, re-demarcation of electoral areas, expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people and urging the government to promptly pass the Social Work Profession Bill

All four motions gained approval with the majority of support from the attending delegates.

The motion to combat takfiri and defamation was presented by the Amanah Kubang Pasu, while the motion for the re-demarcation of electoral areas was initiated by Amanah Selangor.

Meanwhile, motions expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people and urging the government to expedite the bill for the profession of social workers were brought by Angkatan Wanita Amanah Negara (Awan) National and the National Leadership Committee.

During the debate, a total of eight delegates actively participated in discussing the four motions.
