Based on the warning issued at 8.30am today,  the states affected are Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak, involving Kerian, Larut, Matang and Selama, Hulu Perak, Kuala Kangsar, Manjung, Perak Tengah, Bagan Datuk and Hilir Perak.

Corporal Mohd Shaukar Ishak, 36, Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) personnel, placed the FRU beret belonging to the late Sergeant Mohd Roslan Abd Rahim on his special needs son, Muhd Raqin Najmi, 13, at their home in Taman Meru yesterday (May 15). Raqin is the eldest child of Sergeant Mohd Roslan, who tragically died in an accident in Teluk Intan last Tuesday.
