In a post uploaded to his Instagram story, Healy shared the announcement made by Good Vibes festival about having to cut short the rest of the festival

“Ok well why don’t you try and not make out with Ross (referring to the guitarist that he kissed) for 20 years. Not as easy as it looks,” he wrote above the image.

During Friday night's performance for Good Vibes at the Sepang International Circuit), Healy, clutching a bottle of liquor, launched into a tirade against Malaysia’s LGBT laws, kissed bassist Ross Mcdonald on the mouth before organisers swiftly pulled the plug on the band’s act.

Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil had held a meeting with the organiser of the festival, Future Sound Asia, on Saturday (July 22) and ordered that the rest of the festival which runs until Sunday (July 23), be cancelled immediately.
