For eight hours in the autopsy room, lawyer Shahlan Jufri witnessed the meticulous work of a forensic expert team in their quest to uncover the truth behind the death of 13-year-old Zara Qairina Mahathir at Queen Elizabeth I Hospital (HQEI) here on Sunday.

The body was discovered by a man who is an agent for a water filter and air conditioning company at about 4.25pm.
